Principal Ray Harrison has been a leader in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, New Leader Coaching, Organizational Development and Career Development for more than 20 years. He has authored numerous articles and lectured extensively on his core specialties. I recent years Ray has served in Senior Executive positions with Manchester, Inc. and Drake beam Morin before entering private practice and affiliating with Shore Paralax, LLC. He has professional affiliations with the Consulting and Industrial, the American Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, of which he is a past President in the Industrial/Organizational Division. Recently, Ray has been the principal architect of Comprehensive Organizational Leadership Development ™, an innovative process that integrates senior executive coaching with training for specific skills within an organization. Ray holds his Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University where he taught in the Division of Counseling and Educational Psychology. His postdoctoral education includes advanced study at the Wharton School of Business.
