Marcella joined the human resource consulting community when she was recruited in 1989 to open an office in Baltimore for Manchester Partners International. She successfully grew the practice and it became the leading career transition firm for the region. After five years, Marcella assumed responsibility for the newly created position of National Accounts Manager. In this role, she marshaled the sales talent within Manchester and partner firms to acquire accounts such as Pfizer, Chase Manhattan, and Bank of America. Companies were attracted to Manchester's reputation for quality, as well as their expanded line of coaching and organizational development services.

Marcella affiliated with Shore Paralax, LLC in 1998. In addition to her active Retained Search work in various industries, Marcella has gained a reputation as a skilled senior level Executive Coach. She has successfully guided senior executives through the full range of potential behavioral improvement interventions. She is particularly skilled at applying Shore's Rules Of Leadership® program.
