Since that time she has been the driving force in building the firm's leadership position in candidate identification, screening and selection. As a result of the systems Debbie has installed, Shore Paralax, LLC enjoys a premier reputation for rapid and highly confidential candidate pool development. Prior to affiliating with Shore Paralax, LLC, Debbie was associated with two other search firms where she developed her skills in Corporate Research, Recruiting, and Recruiting Consultancy and Business Development. Debbie's reputation for professionalism, innovation, and confidentiality have made her a valued addition to the Shore Paralax, llc team as well as an industry leader. She holds a BS in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is a Certified Human Resources Consultant. She is a member of the Executive Search Roundtable and the Society for Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
