Ms. Brucker joined Shore Paralax in 2006 as an Executive Coach specializing in
Information Technology Executive Leadership and Communication. She brings over 20 years hands-on management career in both large and small companies.

Some of her corporate affiliations include such companies as Merck Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Bristol Myers Squibb, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, AstraZeneca, Schering-Plough, The Vanguard Group, System Consulting Company, and AGB Consulting, where she was President.
Ms Brucker has a unique prospective on the leadership and behavioral characteristics that make IT professionals successful as well as those that can derail careers. Her personal interaction with hundreds of IT professionals, coupled with her communication and behavior analysis skills, give her a rare insight into the industry.

Amie has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Gwynedd Mercy College, a Masters in Business Administration, and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology specializing in Leadership Coaching. She is a Certified Executive Coach, and a member of International Coach Federation (ICF).
